Nov ended well.. Pris and I went to support Gen at her concert. She is really good at what she does. Her love for music, *thumbs up*. Not everyone gets to find out what their passion is. And while at esplanade, we got to make our 2012 wishes on the white sphere. :)) Look at how cute our sphere look!

I'm pretty positive at some of our wishes coming true! Esp aft 1st Dec, when we got our results! woohoo! Last sem to go baby! ;)

Finally got to meet up with my dear M. Went to this curry place at 313. What's so special about it? We get to choose the level of spicy-ness for our curry. Next time imma try Extra Hot!

Movie date with B. We caught Already Famous. Support local productions! Good job for her first production.. But.. 3 out of 5 popcorns. The storyline was.. nehhh.. And.. Can we stay away from Malaysia related setting already? Not like Jack Neo hasn't got enough of that. I believe Singapore has got lots to offer!

Coffee time after our movie.. We chatted about everything.. :) Very quickly, B and I have known each other for 10 years! Im glad we're still close after a decade! And yes, i refuse to believe that we're too old for BF (not boyfriend, thou yes, we need manfriend and not boyfriend).

It's been 2 weeks into my holidays.. cant wait for Christmas, 2012, CNY and my Birthday. Ive always preferred the year end. Lots of occasions to look forward to.. All the celebration and parties!

Finally K-box! It was Clare's birthday celebration with the FP peeps. She sure seems to love her surprise. The huge Hello Kitty balloons, sunflower, tonnes of chocolates and a tee that suits her style. :)

Mid week outing with my Miah boy! We were out early.. First to Waterfront Park (my first time there), to Chong Pang for breakfast and to Science Center for the IMAX movie and the exhibitions.

The last time I went to Omni theatre was like.. 3 years ago? With R.. He was so tired from his flight he fell aslp during the show. lol. Things that i remember.. Anyway, this time round.. I had lotsa fun with my dearest Miah boy and family. LOVE them.

Miah boy was initially afraid of the dinosaurs, telling his dad, 'Papa, the dinosaurs will eat people one.. I dont wantt..' Aww.. Kids..

Kids would probably enjoy it.. But, given the limited species on display and the spatial layout and design of the whole exhibition.. It's not exactly worth it. Unless you've kids you wanna please.. Nahh..

i dislike being disturbed. especially by those:

(1) whose words are cheap. (no, scratch that.) those whose words are free. haven you heard that action speaks louder than words? i forgive you for all that you did. but i will not forget how you betrayed my trust. i was once naive and believed all that you said. but i aint stupid. aren't you tired of lying? they say those who are not honest are the ones who are afraid to live with the truth..

(2) who thinks that the world revolves around them. i've never seen anyone as selfish as you are. it was silly of me to even have hopes. when will i learn that only with no expectations will one not be disappointed. but this time round, it only make things clearer..

sometimes i wish for a heart of steel.. or maybe.. a heart of a vampire? then, i can switch off my feelings.. it's really tiring to be upset by ppl whom you care about. sometimes, you question if it's even worth the while. or maybe, i just trust ppl too easily. :s

sch started for abt a month already.. but i aint see any difference.. because.. im still in the holiday mood.. been hitting the beach quite abit.. met up with a number of friends.. partied..

and since i got back from my holiday till now.. abt.. one and a half months.. ive put on 3kgs! i so think it's karma. haha. been calling YW chubby and now, my turn. what to do, i cant resist good food and dieting never works for me.. i blame it on the hole that's in my stomach.. a BLACK HOLE!

after being back for more than a month, i finally got myself down to blogging my Europe trip. Be warned, it's a really lengthy entry of my days in Europe!

Italy - Rome
In Rome, the first visit was to St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City, the spiritual capital of Roman Catholicism.

I skipped the photos of the interior.. if you do visit, you'll get to see the famous masterpiece 'Pieta' by Michelangelo!

And of cause, the Colosseum. It's a pity i dint manage to get into the Colosseum. It would have been a sight. We were there too late for the tickets. Next time!

On the streets of Rome, I cant help but notice the large number of Smart cars. They look so tiny.

Look at how they park in between cars! If in Singapore, we could probably have 2 Smart cars in one lot. Cheaper parking maybe? You wish! hah!

Last but not least.. Trevi Fountain! The largest Baroque fountain in the city and
one of the most famous fountains in the world. There were lots of ppl making a wish, tossing their coin in the fountain. Looks like many will return to the ancient Rome.

Italy - Pisa and Florence
Visited the 'Square of Miracles' - Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Duomo and the Baptistery.

While most of the tourist are busy 'pushing/carrying' the leaning tower.. See what i can do with.. just my pinky!

Florence is a town of art. It felt really good to be able to be in a city where ppl express themselves freely. The history, culture and Renaissance architecture is simply amazing!

and of course, Gelato! during my stay in Europe, i had one every time i pass by one. haha. i cldnt help myself.. looking at the variety of flavours that they have makes me wanting for more. ;p

up the Eiffel Tower, the view is just amazing.. i cant believe it was built in 1889!! to me, it's a master piece.

OH. this picture of the old man and the poor shivering dogs reminds me of how i almost got pickpocket when taking the metro. thank god i caught the lady.. and nothing was lost. pheww..

im sure every one knows what museum is that.. unfortunately, while i was there, it was closed. and the reason why i took much less photos in Paris.. *guilty* i was.. busy shopping at Lafayette. hehe.

England - London

ive always liked London cabs. they are so cute. so bulky and vintage looking.

of course, China Town.

why lil photos of London? because.. i was busy shopping again! i tell you.. everyone will go crazy shopping in London (incl men). really. like SERIOUSLY.

in short, my Europe trip was AWESOME! i loved the culture, the scenery and the architecture that the different countries offered. i wanted to go to US for my grad trip. but, i have officially changed my mind.. im gonna go explore the other parts of Europe! :))

this morning, i woke up late due to me being a smart-ass, having my phone turned to silent mode because whatsapp was beeping non-stop. anyways, i had a really gd undisturbed rest. i woke up really late (supposed to meet my friends at 1030, got up at 11), but i felt happy. a good start to my day alrdy. :) and the thought of meeting the girls is just great. with them, we laugh over the slightest things. my journey to sch was a hot one. thanks to the weather. but, ive got great company and plans made-second plus. sch was really f*king crowded. but i bump into a ex colleague twice. had a short catch-up. reminiscing my days at DP. third plus. and it was reassuring to know that my decision on taking this course is right. forth plus. :) managed to finish up what i wanted, fifth plus.

all that studying makes any student really hungry. and my craving for mac grew. many know that macs is my comfort food. i eat it even when im feeling sick. HAH. but nth beats going home and receiving a pleasant surprise. :)) the moment i see my house, i see that oh so familiar bike. red and yellow. i knew that was my happy meal. cant express how happy and surprised i was. like a little girl with her cotton candy, i collected my delivery. he really caught me by surprise. dint know he actually called mcdelivery and have them sent at a particular time. happiest happy meal ever! :) and that was my sixth plus.

looking at how my day went, i appreciate the people that i have around me, seventh plus. feel uber loved today. if im lucky enough to have one thing that brings a smile to my face everyday, i could have had a week of happiness alrdy. :))

this year, my bday celebration spread over 2 weeks! amazing.
it started off w having my bday dinner w my folks at Taste Paradise at Ion.

the food was good. but sometimes, it's not abt the good food.. it's abt the company. and FINALLY went to K with Gen after our battle w the assignments. damn. she sure can sing!

and on my actual bday, i made a trip to Pulau Ubin! all back to nature. :)

i managed to catch sight of 2 snakes.. almost ran over one w my bike. =x 2monitor lizards.. many mud skippers, crabs, butterflies.. a baby hornbill! and this lovely dog..

we saw him after he got up frm a swim.. and he paced just beside us while we continued to cycle.. it was like as thou he wanted us to follow him.. such a sweetie. :)

love being back to nature.. thou Singapore has nth much of a nature to offer.. it's the closest i can get.. makes me wanna hike.. and find that cave and quarry at Bukit Timah Hill.

us looking pretty tired. HA. and i suffered sun burnt.. only on the right side. lol.

the next day, i got myself a present. a present that im very satisfied with. ;) the pain was bearable. in fact, it was at times orgasmic. yes. orgasmic. and i totally get why some ppl cant stop at one. it's rather addictive. but it's only gd if it's for a reason i guess? and i alrdy know where next. *wink* went to shop w MO.. but only manage to get a new Nike jacket. striking in pink!

and of course, my first tiffany frm AT.. loves.

after receiving my blue box white ribbon, i actually went to watch Breakfast at Tiffany's. Audrey Hepburn. classic. and few days later, i went to Tiffany's.. and.. i got myself another present. :)) that's 2 tiffany's in a week.

in the mist of all the submission, i still managed to come up w smth.. a night stay in Sentosa. this is the pic that i love most for that night. :)) happy girls!

my first game at Monopoly Deal and i won! i like that game..

the BBQ was a success with great cooks. and i managed to get myself many fluffy max marshmallows! roasted on the outside.. and melts in your mouth. sinful much but i loikeee..

it has been ages since i last stayed over at miah's place.. in fact.. i think it's even before miah was born? we bought food back.. had supper.. drank abit.. talked.. watch tv together.. nice. a night well spent. =)

ive been having supper very often.. =x and for so many years that ive been staying in the west, i nv knew this amazing supper place at Pioneer that has good food! how is that possible!!

i was told the economic beehoon is famous. so i tried. i thot wht can be that amazing abt tt right? moreover that variety was just ok. but boy was i wrong.. their food is just tasty laa! nw i dont have to travel all the way to clementi road. that's another alternative. yeahyeah.

my bio-clock is still quite screwed. i slp in the morning and wake up at 4pm! lol. friday night, had jap for dinner and watched Sanctum. pretty good for a movie abt caves. and it was a night with B. really happy for her.

unfortunately for me, i have to meet someone like him in my life. no doubt we did have our good times. but it's just disappointing how someone that was once close to the heart can be a total stranger. i still honestly thot we could be friends. but seeing 2 other girls while wanting to be back in my life is just desperate. and making out w an engaged woman? is just so omg. the thing that i cant take most. and you knew best. yucks. i shld have stood by my principle and left him the first time. but i dint.. just glad i did not have him back in my life again. imagine if i were to let him in and find out all that he did.. all his lies.. it wld have been devastating. i wish i haven found out all these.. makes me feel so disgusted. neverltheless, it's a lesson learnt for me.. ive stayed true to myself and honest w wht we had. good riddance to all things bad.

anw, got no time for any of those nonsense now.. it's gonna be full force after tml.. going on war! haha. cant wait for all to be over.. and im gonna travel ard again! yes! and during the holidays.. imma pick up either horse riding or karting! excited!

Can't slp.. And tts why I'm here blogging from my bb.. 3months.. Many things can happen. I just hope she'll becareful and be safe. Can't imagine if anything bad were to happen to her. :s worried.

Not only that, I'm worried for DG as well. After he came back to me, he recovered. His fur grew back and was no longer as skiny. But still very timid. Somehow, his fur lost is back.. And now it's ard the nose and eyes area. *heartache* I'm just thankful his offsprings, Bowie and Aro are ok. Bowie is such a sleepy head. So much so that I can tickle him for like mins when he's aslp. Haha. Speaking abt them, my hammie-care is still unavailable. XM volunteered, gd experience for creamer too. happy that i got all my errands done within 2 of my free days.

bought my heattech from Uniqlo, got my travel bottles from Muji.. filled them up today..

love Muji stuff.. doesnt it look like the old sch poster colour tube? haha. got this for my upcoming trip. Although Singapore is a clean and green city, it's pretty slow when it comes to really being green. Countries like Taiwan stopped providing toiletries in hotels to be more environmentally friendly. We shld start this practice soon!!

went to do my hair with mimi. got myself a new colour and snipped off the nasty ends due to the extensions. now.. have to wait for my hair to grow to my desired length again. but i know myself, i wld snip it of too often that it wld be pretty impossible to get that length. lol. bought coloured bedding for my precious little ones.. hehe. they are so adorable laaa.. and boots finally know how to use the wheel alil.. shall buy her a wheel tml. missing my toothpaste thou.. :( i guess we all lose smth when we gain others. oh well. anw, time to look for hamster-care for 8daysss!

the other day, went to this cafe at haji lane to chill.. i totally love their concept. it's a place i wld go over and over again.. :) their bartender is super friendly too.. and nice lattes they serve.

it was mins past 12 midnight and was about to wash up, address my wounds and go to bed.. and that's when i got an unexpected phone call from a friend i knew years back. it was really unexpected of him to share with me what he did. we talked about his problem and it got me thinking.

well, obviously it was bgr problems.

anyways, it got me thinking how much we sacrificed and gave in a relationship. at the end of the day, it's not a mistake that we made. we shld take every failed relationship as a lesson learnt to bring out the better in us and as an experience to knowing ourselves better. sometimes, we have to allow ourselves to be vulnerable. to cry, to scream, to curse, to apologise, to feel foolish. because at least we know we did commit ourselves. and those feelings were true.

if you think it's unfair, be glad it's over.
if you think you have failed him, dont fail the next one.
if you miss him like crazy, embrace it, admit that you miss him.
if you think you cant live without him, you can, because no one is indispensable.

if you think there's no one else like him, think again.

there was probably no one else like the previous before he came along.
there was a reason why it's over.
and there is a need to know all this is part of growing up.

but of cause, the above is easily said than done.
having your the other half around has probably been a habit that we got used to and now it's time to grow out of this habit and out of the comfort zone of 'us' and back to 'me'. until then, believe there is someone out there who would finish your sentence, knows what you want without saying and have an amazing chemistry with without trying.

i believe there is. it's just not this one.

yes. i have recently been attracted to Marc Jacobs' new men fragrance, Bang. What first drew my attention was the unique design of the bottle. Until today, when i first saw their poster for Bang and i was told that is Marc Jacobs. i was like, 'wth, he is HOT'. was told he was pretty young. late 20s maybe? so out of curiosity, i goggled him. guess what? he is 47!!

this American fashion designer sure doesnt look his age.

the name is not exotic but sure suggestive. especially with the bottle shaped like it got bang-ed. sensation and impact. nicely done. now, i really wonder how it smells like. unfortunately, this designer here is openly gay. but it's ok, he is still HOT.

it's been 2 wks of my holidays.. the first wk was like a lil roller coaster ride to me.. and the second was with much anticipation until now that it's all over. and im glad it is, because im really tired. whatever it was, i super love the fact that i have my friends ard me. esp my dear XM. cant thank him more than enough for being there for me and for helping out that day at the party. :))

my first visit to Watami was somewhere in July this year, and i must say, i love it there. the food is great. and my second visit was 3 days back. Wil and i had the set lunch for 2 and it's super worth it. the portion is generous and the food is yummyyy!

this set meal is available all day. the skewer king is even nicer than Tonkichi and Tampopo. i wanna bring everyone who wants to have Jap with me so that i can try all of their items on the menu. muahaha.

Ion to Taka and off to SAF seaview resort. ;)

amazing view from the bedroom. the villa is amazing, given it's pricing. it is fully equipped with.. everything. just like a home. with a seaview, flat screen tvs, dvd player, 6 air-cons, 3 queen sized beds, a single and a sofa bed. oh. and a range of SCV channels to watch. by far, the best chalet tt ive been to .

after a solid week of procrastinating, i finally got it going.. all i needed was a little motivation.. and today, i had my breakfast, workout, took my pills and gonna start mugging. =)

i was on my exercise bike for 11km at 42mins. nice one for a start.. cant even remember when was the last time i sweat it out like that.. and im aiming at 100 crunches tonight. ;)

yes. im back on pills. vitamin pills that is.. gonna build on my immune.

daily exercise is a must, vitamin pills and skin care!! unfortunately im not like other girls with blessed flawless skin. and therefore i have to work harder on maintaining. lol. they say at the age of 25, women start to age.. =s terrible. better start now. in short, im back on getting a new healthy lifestyle. and maybe, back to muaythai. =)

someone complained to me that i haven been updating my blog. will try to be more diligent in updating k. so since my last update till now, few key 'events'..

1. got a new member to the family.. her name is Boots. :)

ive got a total of 7 hammies now.. all so freaking cute. but recently, my winter whites decided to go to war.. so i had to separate them.. it's the first time it's like tt.. they probably realise they arent for each other and 'broke up' and cant stay under the same roof. and chose to be violent to get their owner's attention to evade either one of them out. =s

2. fell sick.. the weather is causing many people to be sick.. and the bug just keeps spreading around. now i sound like i just came back from thailand. =x

3. it's been threehundreadandsixtyfive days.. and we spent the lovely evening at sky dinning in the cable car, enjoying the good food and view. :))

i really cant wait for nov to come.. because it means no more projs and exams for 2whole months! and it's welcome Taiwan!! :)

this wk flew by real quickly.. it was like probably the least taxing wk since we cleared 2tests, 2essays and afew mini episodes of drama.. anw, celebrated mimi's bday last wk at SingFlyer.. seeing the jetty and that 2 spotlights made me miss working in DP.. and missing my archi days..

5th may marked my last paper! and knowing that my holidays are pretty much occupied is just awesome. caught IronMan2 with L.. and trashed L in basketball again! haha. bleah.

ytd, my patience was put to the test yet again. i give myself.. a pass. haha. sometimes, i just dont understand wth some ppl are thinking. goodness me. but it's ok.. i might get angry easily but i'll cool off quickly. unless you hurt me deep.

anyways! i handled the racket today. long time since i last played badminton. like.. primary sch? but im pretty ok.. other than the very occasional laughing. haha! gonna do it again next wk with the boys. and we traveled from one side of singapore to the other. visited pasir ris farmway kennel 9 and other neighbouring pet kennels, on the hunt for the one.

and so i turned a year older.
celebrated with mimi and did in advance at Aqua Marine.. on my actual bday itself, it was a surprise bday celebration with my someone. had no idea where i was going and what the plan for the night was.

hopped on the car.. with totally no clue at all as to where i was going..
so i started cam-whoring. lol. see that fan on the top right corner above? thats my way against the too hot to handle weather. haha. i had a few places in mind.. but i got it all wrong.. finally.. we got to Timbre. and there waiting was mm and mel! first surprise..

i really thought it was gonna be just the 2 of us.

i felt some conspiracy going on.. so i was guessing.. there's smth going on.. like.. get me to stage (since we're at timbre), having a bday cake or meet more of friends.. blah blah. but nope.. we left Timbre.. and i was..

it was a great surprise! knowing him, i know he must have put in alot of effort to plan this surprise and more importantly, to not slip of tongue and let me guess it right. i was really touched.

everything was there.. the right atmosphere.. the right ppl.. the right cake.. the right wine even.. probably the best bday surprise ever planned for me so far.. the night was still young, and we headed to Six at Gamehaven.. opposite Central, carpenter street. you guys should drop by.. it has got live band performing every night.. a good place to chill. =))

February wasn't too fabulous after all.. other than another reason to pig out due to CNY.. this time round, my number one recommendation would be..

roast pork from Wan Hao @ Marriott.

im never exactly a huge fan of pork. other than good bah kut teh. but this roast pork makes me wanting more. thou it's 2bucks every small piece, it's WORTH the money. *thumbs up*

so there goes feb.. but all is good now..

went shopping at Mustafa for the first time.. got a bean bag but not mine. haha. and oh, the food there is good too.. not sure if the things there are really that cheap but it sure has a variety of things for you to shop for.

my chicken biryani from the stall at the junction of mustafa. the one without air-con. pretty good. not as oily as the ones you get elsewhere and yet keeps the fragrance.

my first wkend in march, breakfast deluxe at Mcdonald's extended weekend breakfast till 12 and to Escape with L.. one thing's for sure, with Universal Studios coming up (opening 18 march), Escape gonna be history soon.. in a few years maybe? but still.. i had fun there. walk in dry and feeling hot, walk out wet and cold. lol.

and guess what i found.. Fish&Co. Express! never knew they had express outlets. yummy. tried their fish and chips. taste just like the ones in Fish&Co. (duhh...) BUT. the fries is not the same.. it's not the bigger ones that's coated with chili/spices powder.. whyyy.. but still, it's a good alternative if you dont wanna spend too much but still get Fish&Co. :)

looking forward to a good month of march.. there's the day after tomorrow, when i unleash my 'kept for a year' clothings and welcome colours. bright colours. and also, my bday.. =))

monday was by far the longest monday i had in 2010. lol. there was sch + visit at gleneagles + running many errands (blinging my phone, buying of herbs & groceries) + alil cooking + bathing my hammies = long and tired day.

but it was all worth it.. why? cos i get to see my cute hammies!!

fabulous friday.. met up with the NHPS peeps at timbre.. 2010, our 10th year.. im fortunate to have this group of primary sch friends.. i mean.. how many of us still actually keep in contact with their primary sch friends with all unforgettable sweet old memories.. thou our class was one of the most notorious ones, look at us now.. all doing great. =))

CNY is in a month plus.. one of the typical festive food you see is ba kua. and year after year, you see the long Q at lin zhi yuan in chinatown. guess what? now there is Kim Joo Guan. no more long Qs.. just a phone call down and you can just go pick it up during CNY.. how convenient.. it taste as good as LZY.. well, they were the suppliers before.. so needless to say about their quality..
didi brought us to many other new places to get some CNY goodies.. so that we know what to get from where when CNY is nearer.. then, my place would be stock with yummy goodies. haha. caught Sherlock Holmes with L.. if only we can all analyse like him.. esp how he fights..

SH's wedding.. it was nice to see all the familiar faces.. haven been to COGS since.. 7 years ago? his wedding was a lively one.. just like him.. the use of different languages made it even more interesting.. all the BB/GB boys and girls and all grown up now.. officers get married.. becoming.. 'uncles' and 'aunties' (or so mabel addresses them..) but to me, they stay the same.. will never forget the good old memories.. esp with the pioneer batch of BB/GB 9th coy.. i like to attend weddings.. esp those whom you know will be happily married.. you can literally feel their happiness and the love they have for each other.. it's just good to know that a friend of yours have finally found their one love..
finally manage to get some shopping done in town.. im still half way there.. haha! and off to spend time with hammies.. my hammies are really adorable la!!! and they are getting use to their owners fast. hehe. this may sound stupid.. but do you think hammies can be trained to actually like water? as in.. like bathing/playing in water.. hmmm.. oh. L says.. they seem to have.. hmmm.. but so young.. but it's ok.. since L and i want them to reproduce.. so.. shall look forward to having more hammies then.. =))

been having visitors to my place pretty often recently.. gets alil noisy and 'busy'.. oh well.. not that it matters to me.. OH. today, i played Pick Up Sticks with mimi.. hehe. i wonder how many of you played this game before.. i use to play them with my grandpa when i was little.. reminds me of how he would spend time bringing me down to the playground when grandma is busy preparing dinner.. and how he walks me to school and fetch me home.. how he would go mcdonalds to buy me mc nuggets.. how he would bring me for swim and wait for me till im done.. how my slippers got stolen at the poolside and i had to walk home bare footed.. all so nostalgic.. esp when tml is his death anniversary..

im so happy!! i haven keep pets for like.. YEARS.. before secondary sch?? i like animals.. (i once had 13 hammies..) well of cos i would love to keep a dog.. but since my mum is uber afraid of furry animals.. too bad for me.. BUT.. today.. i get to own a hamster again!!

cute little animals like hamsters are so adorable la.. looking at them brings a smile to my face.. probably in my mum's p.o.v would be how flowers never fail to make her smile? yup. you get the point.. hehe. we got a male and a female.. mine's male, brown, MB.. L's female, white, DG..

L finally brought me out.. after.. so long.. haha. so we decided to go public today.. our first time going on public tgt.. i thought it was gonna be fun.. esp when the new boonlay interchange opened.. so it'll be my first time there with L.. BUT.. first, it gotta rain.. which dampens my mood.. (stupid rain stopped within 20 mins?) then.. L broke my nail.. =(( it was quite painful.. till now it still hurts now.. tiu tiu tiu feeling.. anyways.. L still doesnt know what to do.. he's just helpless.. that look on his face.. just like the other time.. i wanted to laugh out on a few moments when he gave that expression.. but i gave up.. he's gonna take so long.. so i rather not further 'spoil' my day.. bleah.

there's like sale everywhere.. but dint manage to get anything for myself.. not only we went public.. we went to food republic for lunch too..

so soon.. holidays gonna be over.. it's been a long break.. but ive still got quite a number of things to be done within this wk.. need to get a wedding gift.. do some shopping.. visit afew places to run some errands.. busy month.. and L is finally bringing me out.. HAHA. cant rmb when was the last time L bring me out.. hmm. speaking of which.. i seriously think im having this STM thingy.. must be the holidays.. i aint this forgetful usually..

anyways.. ytd.. went to this place called Hong Xing for dimsum.. and damn the food and service is bad.. never gonna return.. yucks. but the food i had today is yummy.. why? cos.. ahma came over today.. hehe. best cook ever.. now you know who i get my skills from.. ;p

2009 has been a year of ups and downs for me.. ive seen and learn alot from the ppl ard me.. the good and the bad.. the smiles and the heartaches.. it only makes me clearer of what i want.. and im thankful for the ppl i have ard me.. for the love they give.. 2010.. ive got an additional goal.. a goal that i never expect to have so soon.. pretty amazed myself.. how within such short a period and such a goal/commitment.. looking forward to 2010.. =)) hopefully all goes well..

finally caught new moon with HR at iluma.. well.. the book is still much better.. it dint suck as much as i thought it would be though.. maybe it's because i already know it's gonna suck.. as compared to the book.. so no expectations.. and thats why im not as disappointed as when i first watch the twilight movie..

but i like the werewolf part.. the graphics were nice.. the wolves were really handsome looking.. hehe.

the movie is much more bloody than i imagined. alil unexpected.. only the first scene and already someones head got chop off.. blood everywhere.. Rain must have really put in alot of effort in training himself for the movie.. good effort.. but just an okay movie for me..

went to check out somerset313 too.. they have a 4 storey Forever21 and Zara.. these shopping malls can have really good designs.. but it becomes stupid when you have a 4 storey retail with little mirrors.. basic need.. MIRRORS.. and they lack them.. what a stupid mistake interior designers can make.. tsk tsk tsk.

PLS.. do not get your pressies wrapped by the staff from the disney shop in JP.. can make your blood boil.. it happened last xmas.. and this yr as well!! how ridiculous!! the way they wrap your pressie is worse than a pri sch kid.. your new wrapping paper can look like a reused paper aft their wrapping is done. major turn off!

last wk was alot of nua-ing.. with and without L.. there was.. 'free labour' wednesday, and of cos.. training.. (with JHs. oops).. thursday training always ends with us having dinner at MOS burger.. simply because it closes at 11.. the only place that's still open for us.. but somehow.. im still ok with having MOS once a wk(for now).. haircut friday.. HAHA. ok, i know i did a not so fantastic a.k.a horrible job.. but it was my first attempt to a guys haircut.. so.. forgiven k.. bleah. i did warn you before hand.. HAHA. saturday was someone's reward day.. but this time round.. no earthquake.. im hoping there will be another reward day somewhere early february.. you think so? haha. had Popeyes for dinner that night at T1.. and i have to say.. some family man are just an eye sore.. annoying enough to spoil ones appetite..

it's been about a wk after sundays' training.. and.. tadaaaa.. my first bruise on my hips. great.. NOT. and i found a good plaster that works pretty well on bruises and blah blah.. i believe it's better than salonpas.. not that i ever used those plasters before.. but.. says mimi..

well well.. who knew you could not only spread love thru the phone.. but virus too!! right mm? HAHA. yea.. caught the flu bug on tues night after talking to my dear mm.. but it got really bad on thurs.. and that meant another MT-less wk for me.. =s but at least it only got really bad after i got home from lunch..

there are two types of people that i cant stand..

parasite / someone who is lazy and expects other people to provide them with money, food etc - parasitic
pessimist / someone who always expects that things will be bad or unsuccessful

it's amusing how parasites can be so shameless and expect others to be responsible for their own doings. the typical ones pushes the blame onto others, never admits their mistake and live in denial. im guessing they have the mentality that everyone owes them a living. BUT what's more amazing is that people are still willing to help these parasites. they claim that they sympathise these people. WOW. haven you heard, to be kind is to be cruel? would you/should you help these parasites who never learns their lessons? you probably should realise the amount of effort and resources used to help such people could have probably fed a whole village in the 3rd world country. the parasites whom im referring to are well bodied and are not in any ways handicapped.

as for the pessimist.. it's all in the mind dude. why do they look at things at such negative angles? i personally cant, or rather, wont want to live with such people. they bring the atmosphere down with all their negative comments!! now, STOP sighing! you should be thankful that there are people around who cares for you. LISTEN to them.. stop being such complaint king and be a man. count your blessings.

goodness. by far, the 2 examples of the above mentioned people ive met are man. (sorry guys..)

i wont wanna use the word despise. but ya.. i aint proud of you.

there's nothing i can do to change what it is for now but at least i learn to treasure my love ones more, appreciate the things and people around me more than the usual.. i guess that's all that you've given/taught me.. if it doesnt kill you, it only makes you stronger..

the weather is really turning cold..

time to cloth up ourselves before we start sneezing.. this weather also speaks that christmas is nearing.. =)) cant wait.. because this year, christmas is not gonna be the same..

what if 2012 is true.. what would you do? would you fight for survival? trust in prayers? or let nature take you away..

i would want to spend the last mins of my life with my love ones.. all cuddle up in bed.. and die peacefully.. in the arms of those whom i love.. although we might not die beautifully since we'll be crushed or drown.. =x but ya.. i would like that..

watching 2012 reminds me of another movie.. the inconvenient truth.. equally good. so.. we all know what we have done to mother nature.. and from the climatic changes, it is obvious that we would have to suffer.. be it end of the world 2012 or the extreme climatic changes, extinction of animal species.. i guess it's just how extreme it would be.. our older generations probably wont get to witness it.. but our generation would.. that's if we 'survive' 2012.. whenever i watch such documentaries/movies, it makes me realise how 'insignificant' we can be.. is it time we put aside 'us' and do our little part? or maybe.. slow down and appreciate whats around us.. nature.. the people.. before it's all gone.. treasure what we have now and live like there's no tml.. at least when the day comes, you have no regrets.. no fear..

i wonder if ppl leaving the cinema feels the same as i did.. hmm. but besides bringing all these thoughts out with me.. i brought out my astro boy plastic cup too.. thinking it's cute.. but realising that the straw was being bitten.. by mm!!! who is still in denial!! hahahahah! would have been good if i rmb to bring my camera out.. oh well.. the cold weather made us hungry.. so we had a battle between Superdog and Carls Jr.. and the results.. *drum roll* Carls Jr!! definitely worth the money!! i love the fries. mm love the white cutlery. lol.

after which, we headed to the pets safari.. that reminds me of my dream last night.. i dreamt that i had TWO dogs.. one husky and the other was some small brown toy dog.. but my love is still with lab retriever.. =)) told mimi abt it.. and she shoots me with.. hmm. was suppose to go to the organic farm today.. but smart.. none of us checked its operating days.. so.. wasted trip. but it's ok.. at least now we know.. anyways.. went to get my hair cut today with mimi.. =) my hairstylist is great. she has got the greatest hands. HAHA. her massage was orgasmic! LOL. i like my hair cut.. though i believe many guys wont realise the difference when girls say they went for a hair cut. oh well.. ;p

OH. a weirdddd story to share.. so mimi and i were in the changing room.. it was one of those whereby you can hear the conversations of ppl in the other cubicles.. and it was pretty quiet this afternoon.. SO.. we were changing.. and first we heard the sound of plastic bag.. very noisy. like when you're in the cinema and you start finding for stuff in a plastic bag when it's suddenly quiet, without advertisements. ya.. and thenn.. we heard the sound of water... like when you're pouring water into a container. but only this time it's into the plastic bag. at that moment, mimi and i look at each other. i was like.. o.O? someone pouring water into a plastic bag in a changing room?? and mimi was like.. urine!! and she laughed. or other.. ahm chio. HAHA. i dint believe what she said.. i mean.. how is that possible.. there's like toilet in the mall!! until.. we heard the zip sound.. my curious mimi suggested she go out and check it out.. so she stood outside like as though she was waiting for me when actually she was waiting for the lady beside our cubicle.. while i was still changing inside.. the lady left before i came out.. mimi's verdict was. she was peeing! cos she came out with a big of water.. but.. maybe it's just.. water? i dont know man. ok. the MICs totally polluted chinatown. my 15 mins there was a terrible experience. i felt so insulted. within that 15 min or so (definitely less than 30 mins), i got snapped on some MIC's phone, got approached by some chi ko pek and got bio by disgusting men.. and all this happened even when im with my parents!!! wth right. dont wanna blog the details. yucks. get more foreign labour in la! see what these MIC women and men do to our country. hmm. this 1 wk, i did things that i would not do (usually). wonder if it's good or bad.
